Most service calls start with the same questions: why did my refrigerator suddenly stop cooling, why is my washer not draining, why does the dryer take two or three cycles to dry, or why is the dishwasher leaving dirty dishes and white residue? Our job is to translate these symptoms into clear, simple answers and, more importantly, into a working appliance.
During a typical visit we inspect the appliance, check power, water and drainage, run diagnostic modes when available, and test key components such as motors, pumps, heaters, fans and sensors. Based on the results we explain the cause of the failure, show parts if needed and offer repair options with upfront pricing. If repair is not reasonable for the age and condition of the unit, we say so honestly so you can decide whether to invest in a new appliance instead.
We work with most major residential brands and have experience with both standard and premium models. Whether you have a simple top-load washer or a built-in refrigerator, our goal is the same: safe, clean and reliable operation with as few return visits as possible.
Includes technician visit, inspection, testing and a written estimate. Applied toward the repair when you approve the job.
We use OEM or high-quality replacement parts when available and always explain options and total cost before starting work.
Warranty on labor plus manufacturer’s warranty on parts. We stand behind the repairs we perform.

“Fridge stopped cooling overnight. Technician arrived the same day, found the problem and had parts in the truck. Fridge is cold again and the kitchen looks untouched.”
— Michael D.
“Washer was shaking like crazy. He leveled the unit, replaced worn shocks and explained how to load it correctly. Now it runs smooth and quiet.”
— Laura S.
